Foiling is all about lightness, flow, and a unique way of experiencing the elements. That feeling inspired us to create our shop – with the wish to carry it beyond the water: into all those moments when you’re not flying above the surface – and to make life a little easier and brighter.
Our products
We love products that are easy to use and built to last. That’s why we focus on functionality and well-thought-out, minimalist design.
Our product selection is based on our own experiences – on the water, at the beach, at home, and on the road.
We regularly exchange ideas with other foilers, surfers, watersports enthusiasts, outdoor lovers, and travelers – and their tips help shape what we offer.
Many of the products we sell are ones we’ve tested ourselves (or used in similar form) in everyday life or while traveling – including with our self-built campervan, which has taken us from the north to the south of Europe.

Inspired by seabirds that, like wingfoilers, merge with wind and water, maavr represents a lifestyle of lightness, flow, and connection with the elements.
How did we come up with maavr?
MA – like mar, the sea
V – like Vogel (the german word for bird)
And VRrr – like the powerful snort of a wild horse galloping freely across the land

Using resources responsibly
Some of our products are only made to order – meaning they’re printed or refined after you place your order. This helps us avoid overproduction and conserve valuable resources. You’ll find details about which products this applies to in the product descriptions.
Most of the printing and finishing processes take place in Germany. When capacity is limited, some items may be refined at other production facilities within Europe.
All MAAVR tote bags and aprons are printed by our production partner in Germany using the direct-to-garment (DTG) process. This technology uses approximately 95% less water and 60% less energy than traditional printing methods. Water-based, biodegradable inks are used that are free of toxins and animal components (vegan).
Many of our other products come from European brands and manufacturers .
