You can return products within 14 days of receiving it.

The easiest way to start a return is via the "Return Request" link in the footer (at the very bottom of the page).

Alternatively – though a bit less convenient – you can contact us using the contact form at the bottom of the page. Please make sure to include your order number.

You can also send us an email or a letter. All the necessary details can be found in the more formal right of withdrawal section.

Please note that return shipping is at your own expense – unless the error was on our side (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

As soon as we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the amount – at the latest within 14 days.

Please note that personalized items and products that are clearly used or damaged cannot be returned.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and send us some photos, so we can understand what happened (e.g. damaged packaging) and sort it out quickly.
