With natural materials like wood, bamboo or rattan, the grain and color make each piece unique.

Subtle differences between the product and the image are an expression of the material and underline its natural character.

This product will only be printed/finished after you have placed your order. This way we avoid overproduction and use resources consciously.

To ensure you can enjoy your fabric bag for a long time, please observe the following care instructions:

Hand wash only in lukewarm water – avoid machine washing as high temperatures or strong friction can damage the material and print.

Turn inside out before washing – this will better protect the outside.

Wash only with similar colors – to avoid color bleeding.

Do not use fabric softener, bleach or heavy-duty detergent – ​​these contain harsh substances that can damage the fibers and the print.
Use a mild detergent for delicate fabrics instead.

Do not put in the dryer – air drying is gentler and prevents shrinkage or deformation.

Do not iron directly onto the print – if necessary, turn the bag inside out and iron at a low temperature.

Protect from direct sunlight while drying – prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the colors to fade.

Do not wring or rub hard – this could distort the fabric or damage the print.

Our products are designed for typical use in leisure and lifestyle settings. Please use them properly and observe any instructions regarding application, care, load capacity, assembly, and materials.

Unless the manufacturer provides specific instructions, we recommend using the product under normal conditions. Please ensure adequate stability and secure fastening, depending on the product type.

For cabinets (e.g. with several drawers), we recommend – especially for freestanding use or in households with children – additional wall mounting to prevent tipping.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt – completely uncomplicated and without giving any reason.

Please note: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns within the scope of the cancellation.

In the case of justified complaints (e.g. transport damage or defects), we will of course cover the return shipping costs - provided a return is even necessary.

The statutory right of withdrawal can be exercised via the "Withdraw contract" link in the footer.

Alternatively, the cancellation can also be declared in another way (e.g. by email).

We are a small, independent company – not a large corporation. Returns mean a significant amount of work for us (and for the environment). If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing – we are happy to advise you personally.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and report any transport damage or obvious defects as soon as possible. within 3 days – ideally with photos. This allows us to react quickly and clarify the issue with the shipping partner, manufacturer, or supplier.
